Pasta with a unique hollow shape, traditionally handmade using a thin iron rod (ferretto). Typical of southern Italy, it’s ideal for rich sauces that bring out its full flavour.
This pasta is handmade for us by an Italian family using their own signature recipe. To this day, the most experienced member of the family — La Nonna (the grandmother) — personally oversees the process and ensures every detail meets her standards.
